Burien Strawberry and Arts Festival

You can click on the picture to get extended details of the Performance Schedule.  It’s a line up of non-stop entertainment for all ages. I’m positive that the sun will be sure and find us by the time this event arrives.  Just to name a few; pancake breakfast, drama, dance, music, acrobatics, belly dancing, Japenese drumming, art, kid’s stage, a skateboard contest…and the list goes on.  Located at the Burien Community Center, 425 S.W. 144th Street.

Mortgage-backed securities have struggled over the last two weeks. There was some positive trading today, however, as the market closed up 31 bps. Hopefully this momentum will carry into Monday giving us better rates to start the week. All rates are based on a principal and interest payment and a 1% loan origination fee.

Poggi Bonsi Sidewalk Sale in Burien

There are only a couple of things that I really get excited about. The purse department at Nordstroms, Poggi Bonsi and Poggi Bonsi Cucina. They are setting up for the Burien side walk sale that will be going on from June 6th-8th. It’s covered, so don’t let the rain stop you. Expect some fabulous deals! Come treat yourself, or if you have any up and coming parties or events that you need a gift for, now is the time to stop in and make a purchase. Every inch of the store is draped in stunning rich colors of Italian and French ceramics, vases and linens. Pieces that express such authentic craftsmenship, comparable only to the finest poetry. I can’t help but stare in awe. Can you see how excited I get about this treasure located right here in Olde Burien! I just realized they have gift registry….mmm…maybe I will have to get married again.  Suprisingly, I’m almost speechless when it come to this divine place, so you will have to check out their website for the most incredible pictures.
