January Real Estate Stats in Burien
11 residential homes were sold and 2 condos in January. A few of the smaller homes that sold were actually priced less that one of the condos. But the lowest price sold was a condo just under 100k with over 1000 sq. ft. to offer. None of these homes sold were a short sale or property in distress.
There are a couple of pre-sale new construction homes that went pending in January priced in the mid to high 500’s. Being built by Stanton Homes called Shorewood View Estates. I’ve seen Stanton’s finshed work before in Normandy Park and thought it was excellent quality with great attention to detail and finishes.
